About Anatomy Tour
A free, interactive guide to how the human body works, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
What it is
Anatomy Tour explains the human body through questions and answers. Each page answers something people really search for, like “what does the liver do?”, with a quick answer, a 3D model you can turn and tap, and more questions on the same topic.
Who it is for
Kids, parents, teachers and any curious adult. The Simple explanation, shown first, uses short sentences and no hard words. The Detailed one adds the names doctors use and more detail for anyone who wants to go further.
How the content is made
The texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence tools and checked against trusted sources, such as the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Cancer Institute and the UK's National Health Service (NHS). Each page lists its sources at the bottom. Every comparison is shown as a comparison, so it doesn't confuse anyone. The 3D models come from openly licensed scientific databases (BodyParts3D and the Human Reference Atlas), and the illustrations are AI-generated.
What the site is not
Anatomy Tour is not a health website. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace a doctor. The content is educational and has not been medically reviewed. When a topic calls for it, the page tells you to see a professional.
Who makes it
It is an independent project created in São Paulo, Brazil, by Luiz Claudio Correa, of Pixnet (pixnet.com.br).
How the site is funded
The site is free and may show ads from Google. Ads do not influence the content: no text is paid for or written to sell anything.
